Laima Piraga Qualified Therapist. I am an experienced massage therapist working out of Urban Fitness CrossFit gym. I am qualified with a bachelors degree in Sports Science and a master degree in healthcare for Sports Physiotherapy.
Both obtained at the Latvian Academy of Sports Education. I have practiced in Latvia as a physiotherapist and massage therapist for 5 years before deciding to move to New Zealand. Excellent, warm and welcoming and felt relaxed. Felt my level of physical well-being and injuries were appreciated and understood and the treatment was tailored to my needs.

I have been to Laima for several massages now and highly recommend her sports massage to help with aches and pains. She has a great touch - strong hands but not too much and can feel knots and tender areas before you do sometimes! I also trust her as along with massage qualifications, she has thorough anatomical knowledge as well as a keen interest in sports - ideal.
